🟢 Beginner Level
Equivalent Guide: NTRP 1.0–2.0
Group Size: Minimum 2 and maximum 4 players per group
This level is designed for adults who are new to tennis or have very limited playing experience. Players learn the fundamentals of the game, including correct grip, forehand, backhand, serve introduction, movement, court positioning, and basic scoring.
The main goal is to help players build confidence, control the ball, and enjoy playing simple rallies. In international rating terms, beginner players are still developing stroke control and need more on-court experience before regular match play.
🟠 Improver / Lower Intermediate Level
Equivalent Guide: NTRP 2.5–3.0
Group Size: Minimum 2 and maximum 4 players per group
This level is suitable for players who can make basic rallies and understand simple tennis rules but still need improvement in consistency, movement, and shot control.
Training focuses on rally development, serve improvement, footwork, court recovery, doubles positioning, and basic tactical awareness. At this stage, players begin to enjoy social matches and develop better confidence during point play. The NTRP description for this range includes players who can sustain slow rallies and are becoming familiar with singles and doubles positioning.
🔵 Intermediate Level
Equivalent Guide: NTRP 3.5
Group Size: Minimum 2 and maximum 4 players per group
This level is for players who can rally with more consistency and are beginning to control direction, depth, and pace. Players at this stage are more comfortable playing points and matches but still need to improve variety, decision-making, and tactical discipline.
Training includes serve-and-return patterns, controlled rallying, net play, approach shots, doubles strategy, match situations, and improved movement. Internationally, this level reflects players with more dependable strokes and developing tactical awareness.
🔴 Advanced Level
Equivalent Guide: NTRP 4.0+
Group Size: Minimum 2 and maximum 4 players per group
This level is designed for experienced adult players who can play full matches confidently and want to improve performance, strategy, power, and consistency under pressure.
Training focuses on advanced stroke production, serve variation, return strategy, attacking and defensive patterns, footwork, fitness, match tactics, and competitive play. This level is suitable for players who already have solid technical ability and want to raise their game to a higher competitive standard.
